The Cranberry Inn is an historic Cape Cod landmark welcoming travelers since 1830, located in the beautiful seaside village of Chatham. The inn's eighteen distinctive guest rooms are tastefully decorated with antique and reproduction furnishings. Each room includes a private bath, hair dryer, telephone, cable television, air conditioning and WIFI (high-speed wireless internet access). Our largest rooms include fireplaces, wet bars, mini-fridge & private balconies.

Inn Policies & Terms

Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
Check-In time is 3:00pm.
Check-Out time is 11:00am.
Additional $50 charge applied for each additional person or bed used in room.
9.7% Room tax is not included in rate.
Gratuities are not included but always appreciated by our valued staff.
Minimum nights stay may apply as well as holiday rates.
Cancellation policy applicable to all reservations.
The inn is a non-smoking establishment.
The inn is able to accommodate children 12 years of age and older.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

A 100% deposit is required for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required on reservations of two or more nights with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before reservation will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any reservation cancelled or shortened 14 days or less from arrival date will receive a cancel credit for a future stay only in the amount that we are able to re-book the room. (Some exceptions made in winter season)
